But c'mon, just because we work from home doesn't mean we're always working... so please don't expect to be able to call us at 10pm on Saturday night and have us answer the phone to answer your questions about how to design your web site or help with your latest mail promotion (because we're probably playing "Rock Band" or "Tiger Woods 08" with the kids). Family time is VERY important to us.
But please DO leave us a message and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
And the absolute very BEST way to reach us anytime is to Open a Support Ticket.

Here's are some basic expectations you need to be aware of...
The general rule of thumb if you're a "phone person"...
It's VERY difficult to catch us on the phone, because we're working with our coaching and mentoring clients ALL DAY usually from morning to night. If you catch us between calls, you got very lucky.
But don't be discouraged -- just leave a message and we'll get back to you in the order your message was received. Keep in mind we do get hundreds of phone calls per day, so often it's a day or two AFTER you call but we will always call you back.
And know this... this is very important to YOU and to US...
We ALWAYS respond to every support ticket. We ALWAYS return every phone call. Personally. So it may take a day or so sometimes, but we will ALWAYS get back in touch with you if you reach out to us. Always.
"But it's an EMERGENCY! and I need to speak to you right now!"
Some folks think everything is an emergency. You know those people. Right? We're not saying that's good or bad and we're not judging them for how they choose to live their life, but that perspective doesn't fit into our life OR our business model. Honestly, it's hardly ever really an "emergency".
Nobody's life is in danger if you don't get your web site online today, or if your mailing is a day late. Let's try to keep things in perspective here... The fact is, most everything can wait a day or so for us to get back to you in the order your call was received.
