When should I arrive (what's the schedule)?

We're operating on a very loose, relaxed schedule. We recommend arriving AFTER noon on August 29th and flying home AFTER noon on Sep 2nd - due to transportation considerations.

Do I need a passport to travel to Costa Rica?

YES, any US Citizen traveling to Costa Rica needs a valid passport. You can complete the application online by clicking this link: https://pptform.state.gov/ and then take the completed form to your local Passport Agency for processing.
